We want to know your opinion – do you think we’ve got it right or do you think we could do better? Would you like to make a compliment or a complaint about our service? Do you have any ideas that Connexions could use?
The way to make compliments, complaints or comments to us is by:
- Filling out one of our online questionnaires (see below)
- Phoning us on 0808 100 1980 and asking for the Quality and Standards Co-ordinator or a member of the Quality Team
- Calling into one of our centres and telling a member of staff
- Filling in a ‘Tell Us What You Think’ leaflet (available from centres and schools)
- Writing to The Quality and Standards Manager, 40 Lower High Street Wednesbury, West Midlands WS10 7AQ.
- Emailing us at feedback@blackcountryconnexions.co.uk
