Suicide

Feelings of being alone, depression and despair can affect anyone, at any age. It could be because of problems at school or college, bullying, abuse, bad relationships, bereavement or exam stress. When it gets really bad, it might make someone want to end their life.

If there is something bothering you and making you feel like this, it's important to know that there are lots of people who can help you. You don't have to deal with problems on your own.

If your problems are making you feel that it's not worth going on, or that everyone would be happier without you, then ask for help NOW - go to see your GP urgently, contact the Samaritans or any of the groups listed below.
