Work-Based Learning (Training)

If your son/daughter decides not to continue in full-time education they could do a work-based learning programme, which allows them to apply for an Education Maintenance Allowance, or earn a wage if employed status, and gain qualifications at the same time whilst learning new skills in a working environment.
