TERMS & CONDITIONS

Applications are accepted on the understanding that applicants and their organisations agree to the following booking terms and conditions. Your compliance with the terms and conditions allows Black Country Connexions to offer a cost effective service to all its customers. Once registration is received by Black Country Connexions a place will be allocated. Black Country Connexions will only allocate a place upon the receipt of this form; telephone bookings will not be accepted.

COURSE COST

• £120.00 per full day course and £65.00 per half day course per delegate from Public Private Sector
• Reduced rate of £80.00 per course per full day course and £50 per half day course per delegate from Voluntary/Community and Not for Profit Sector

CANCELLATIONS - All cancellations must be made in writing 5 days prior to the start of the course. Substitution may be made at any time and if this is not complied with the organisation or area office will be charged an administrative fee of £25.00.

My submitting this form, I verify that my attendance has been discussed, agreed and endorsed by my organisation.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have been booked on the course and the Learning and Development Team has received both pages of this authorised form.
