LMI provides information about the changing world of work, including trends and the skills needed for employability, which can help people make informed choices about their career development.

There is now a new world of work website for the Black Country www.wowbc.co.uk - all about LMI - local, regional and national.

There are also a set of new factsheets (December 2009) produced by all the Sector Skills Councils about their industry - these were produced for the DBIS and are on the Advisers Site - Advice Resources
